When you find the right one, a qualified firm confirms that all is in order — planning, land registry, boundaries — and that what you wish to achieve is genuinely feasible. We then accompany you to the notary, with professional interpretation at every step, so that you sign understanding every word. From beginning to end, we work for one side only: yours.
Renovation
It is the most delicate stage, for this is where tomorrow's problems are prevented: a wrong choice today becomes a cost five years hence. We therefore draw on a network of carefully selected professionals and craftsmen, able to work well and within sensible timeframes, coordinating every phase of the site so that all proceeds in good order. You remain informed throughout: when you are abroad, we keep you updated step by step, with reports and images of the work underway. One point of contact, answerable for everything — so you need chase no one.
Property care
Your home in Puglia deserves care even when you are away. We carry out regular checks on the villa and its systems, so that on your arrival all is working and you need think only of enjoying your stay. Between visits we attend to whatever is needed: minor maintenance, the garden, the pool, paintwork, the systems. We are your eyes on the ground and a single point of contact, for anything at all.
Living the home
To live Puglia is quite different from merely owning a piece of it. We have selected the right people across the region to make every stay memorable: a chef in your home, music, yoga among the olive trees. And when you wish to venture out, we open the doors to authentic experiences — a cookery lesson, a tasting, an exploration through the old towns by bicycle, by car, or aboard a vintage van. You choose how to live it; we take care of the rest.
